SynergyHR in association with ITPF provides a platform for colleges to showcase their candidates to large corporate across sectors. We provide an online portal for colleges to register their students and get each student profiled. Companies will use this portal to review each student’s candidature and based on the profiled score will shortlist students for campus events.

Our unique advantage is that students profiled via our portal will stand a chance to be short listed even before companies come to the campus.  Students can create a profile on the portal and get themselves profiled by taking our assessment. We use “Exam Bench” our proprietary assessment tool to profile the students. The assessment consist of Psychometric, Logical Reasoning, Aptitude and Verbal ability tests. Our clients will get access to our portal that will use this as first level of screening before conducting campus interviews.
